I love studies of character and this is one. While I was trying to discover where he came from I came across
this. It’s the same man, can you see the stairs in the background? I still don’t know much about the postcard, but I’ve found a lovely
new site to visit (it is worth taking the time to scroll down). It is in French but the drawings speak all languages.

I found you via BlogExplosion and love your blog! :)
Your postcards are beautiful!
How interesting that you found another shot of the same man. Can't you just see the sea in him?
I liked what I saw when I clicked on "this". I will return to it.
Picean: I think that the photographers in the past worked more like painters. The old postcards are definately special.
Chunks: Thanks; I enjoyed looking at your blog and will visit again.

Thanks for saying so, Anji. I'm taking an hiatus...I hope to be back again after I've done some other writing.
Pure harmony. Looking at that man really make me feel calm.
